This is the first book in Ghanaian jurisprudence to exhaustively deal with this subject. It states the principles relating to enforcement of judgment with depth and clarity. It is in a class by itself in civil jurisprudence and gold mine to all successful litigants who wish to pluck and reap the fruits of a judgment. As a worthy contribution of legal knowledge and literature, it will, indeed, enrich our jurisprudence of enforcement of judgments. Considering the predominant importance of enforcement of judgments, the diversity of occasions and cases in which enforcement of judgments have been insisted on, statutorily and procedurally, and the amount of case law available on the subject, I have tried to make the book sufficiently lucid and brilliant to cater for the requirements of all situations. Some recent case law and references including reference to well-known English and some common law jurisprudence have been included in an attempt to make it an exhaustive and valuable book. I have also tried to see that the book carries a lucid discussion on every aspect and facet of enforcement of judgments, the importance of which hangs around truth. The book has nine chapters.
