Roads are essential for sustainability, the development of resilient transportation networks being one of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) for the UN's 2030 Agenda. There is a need for new visions to improve the efficiency and resilience of infrastructures, prioritizing investments and considering several aspects that can be simplified in KPIs such as in the acronym RAMSSHE P, which stands for Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety, Security, Health, Environment, Economics, and Politics.
