Revelation : An End Times Perspective

The goal of the author of this book was to target believers who may not have a deeper understanding of God's Word. He has sought in writing interpretations, to be succinct and direct. He cites scriptures to support interpretations, thereby improving one's Bible knowledge. There is a unique Chronology Chart in an Appendix which is a helpful guide for the reader to better understand the Scriptures. This book is about Jesus Christ and his final judgement of mankind. As we see throughout history that prophecy after prophecy is being completed exactly as predicted, we are confident that our Lord will be faithful to complete what we call "end times." We'll see in the book what will happen when lawlessness in this church age reaches a point of being unacceptable to Christ. In a twinkling of an eye, He will act to protect the believers and deal with the lost. Someone once said "all good things must come to an end." For those who trust Christ, there will be no end to God's blessings into and for eternity. All throughout the Scriptures, when God saves His own from one compromising situation to another, He always gives His people something better. For example, when God freed Israel from slavery in Egypt, He gave them a land of milk and honey. We see choices made by mankind and see that our eternal destination and existence with Jesus Christ depends on one decision in life. Regardless of the station in this life, each of us must answer the question of our relationship to the Son of the One and only God and Creator of all things. While Jesus is the main character, we see how He works through others, both saved and lost, to accomplish His plan which He made even before creation. We'll learn of a dangerous enemy who, through deceit, seeks to have one follow him into disaster. He is wise and powerful and those who love themselves will follow him into the depths. But the lost man has a choice and hopefully, through this study, will trust Christ and live with Him in eternity. We'll see the path of both the saved and the lost, the "shoulda's" and the "coulda's," and how He has made it simple for us to turn to and trust Christ. Christ has always been the answer to every difficulty, He is the answer now, and we need to choose Him before the times of the end which are difficult if not impossible for the lost.
