Be Mindful Little One: A playful story of mindfulness for toddlers

Be Mindful little one is an easy way to start introducing the word 'Mindful' to young children. It may be that very young children as young as 18 months have the ability to soothe themselves with focusing on small details in their environment. We have all seen a small child pick up a tiny flower and become very focused. We have watched how a small child will look up at clouds and the night sky with awe.
