Poetry Memory Game

This little book is designed to help the classroom teacher, a student studying on their own, or a parent homeschooling their child. The game pages can be copied and made into flashcards or made into a matching memory game. I recommend using one game template at a time until it is close to being fully memorized before adding another game template. I also suggest when making copies that each template is assigned a different color for organizational purposes. I have also included some original poetry with my ages at the time of their writing to show progression of thoughts and emotions. The poems can be used for analysis and independent or group scavenger hunts to find examples of the poetry terms within this book. The poems can also be used to inspire others to begin writing their own poetry.
