Self-Defense

Bruce's client, Herb Bagly is kidnapped on a supermarket parking lot and forced at gunpoint into the trunk of his car. Fortuitously, his Glock semi-automatic pistol was packed in the trunk. The kidnapper is killed in a shootout that erupts when herb attempts a harrowing escape. Herb is charged with his murder.
