She is sad that she can't eat regular desserts anymore, so she decides to start her own gluten-free bakery! But baking is harder than Katie thought. She gets frustrated and wonders if she should quit. This book is about working hard and not giving up even when things get tough. It also contains great gluten-free recipes.
