A Great British Video Nasty Nightmare

Oakhill, ENGLAND - 1984 Britain is gripped by moral panic; the "video nasties" are in our homes, our children are no longer safe. These films are the work of the devil. They corrupt the minds of the innocent and, who knows, maybe even drive them to murder... Twenty years ago, on Halloween night, a man by the name of George Milton escaped from the local lunatic asylum and murdered more than a dozen teenagers at a party. His killing spree only came to an end when one of the survivors decapitated him with an axe. Now, it's Halloween once again, and a new killer prowls the streets of Oakhill, each of their crimes seemingly influence by one video nasty or another. As the media and politicians and self-righteous busybodies descend upon the town hoping to use this new tragedy to push their own agenda, only one question remains: who will survive, and what will be left of them?
