In Sanity

Darkness and light. We all deal with these aspects inside us. My darkness came in the form of schizophrenia and my month long stay in an acute mental health ward. And my light, well that came from the recovery that ensued through my therapy, which happens to be poetry. So welcome to the darkness and light that is inside. Proving that the light is always in reach, even from the darkest of situations.
