The new chief business agent for the AmerAsian Labor Union is warned he's about to be kidnapped and possibly murdered. He has his brother Bob hide and protect his young daughter Jenny. Beaten and left for dead, the business agent survives. A friend of brother Bob's, an Alaska State Trooper, gets involved in the investigation. Bob hides this niece at his remote hinting and fish camps, later moving her to Oregon to stay with friends in a motorhome traveling the US. Labor union security men are sent to kidnap the girl to gain influence over the business agent and ultimately to eliminate him. The investigation uncovers a global network of human trafficking, money laundering and murder. All investigated by the Alaska State Troopers, US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) and the United Nations Far East Institute (UNIFEI).
