Gordon Allen from Salem, Oregon, under the banner of the Pacific Lemurian Society. The main idea behind Space Craft Digest, like many similar publications of that time, was to create a forum for UFO experience and saucer sightings for the purpose of the investigation of spacecraft, extra-terrestrial travel, and other subjects relating to these matters in order to encourage public support of projects in connection with these phenomena.
