When Lyle Speckman wakes alone in a strange woman's bedroom wearing only his boxer shorts, his keen powers of deduction and observation lead him down a path to discover the truth about women, in general, and this woman, in particular. Amid a delicious cocktail of characters which include a mischievous Irish dry cleaner, a Bohemian Deb, a purveyor of neon tombstones, a local pub owner/bookmaker, a missing grade school teacher and various politicos, Lyle finds these truths elusive.
