The President of the United States is awakened in the middle of the night by the two words he prayed he would never hear-TERMINAL BREACH. An unknown invader-code name GRAY WOLF- commandeers a U.S. nuclear missile silo in North Dakota and threatens to launch a Minuteman III ICBM into the world. The PRESIDENT'S only certain containment option is the obliteration of the U.S. Midwest nuclear arsenal. But that comes at a horrific cost--several millions of civilian lives lost.
