Overview
Benjamin Franklin Ivy III of Palo Alto, California was one of America's leading investment advisors. Traveling often for business purposes, Ben began writing philosophical missives on paper coasters and airline napkins while flying around the world on business trips. "What's a flight if I don't write?" More than a collection of poetry, Ben Ivy's verses demonstrate the power generated by a gleeful, sometimes mischievous view of life coupled with positive assessments of everyday situations and experiences. As described by the musical term lietmotif, there is a recurring theme running through most of the free-form poetry contained in this volume. This melodious thought process answers Professor Albert Einstein's question, "Is the Universe friendly?" with a resounding Yes!
