Portal To Liberty (Enter Portal)

Finally a book I can sink my teeth into! The characters are written with such commitment and heroism, and genuine heart as well, I had actual tears in the moments when they experience hardship. The shifting character-focused locations remind me of Starwars, how Luke would be off on his quest on a different planet, while the others would be in space and then they would all eventually rejoin. Elksnis has used the same model of story structure -and why not? It works! I do recommend using two bookmarks when reading Portal to Liberty, so you can mark where other characters are as you go. I can’t wait for the next book, and I hope it’s as meaty-complex and action packed as this first one! 10/10!
