When the body of top-line model Mornia Garish was found in her Greenwich Village apartment, she became the fifth such victim in two years. The women had struggled desperately, only to have succumbed to manual strangulation by someone exerting tremendous strength. The police believed the crimes were the work of the same man - a maniac.
