EPILOGUE: THE WIFE OF NOBLE CHARACTER: MODERN-DAY PROVERBS OF A GOOD BLACK WOMEN

I like to say to my wife, Dr. Yonnette Semple-Dormer, that there are close to 8 billion individuals living on this Earth and for many, it is so difficult to get along with one. It is by the grace of the One that I have that I found the one of whom I can get along. Yonnette is my best friend and confidant. I must say that I truly enjoy being with her because she enjoys my type of love. I am a hopeful romantic and love the old fashion romance. Finding a woman who also enjoys being passionately loved by a man seems fleeting in our day and times. Therefore, I love being in love to Yonnette for she enjoyed my love to her. We have fun in some way every day. This poem is my dedication to her, and it is my intention to be her one and only husband as long as the One gives me breath. In addition, it is my hope that this poem will empower Black women, in particular, to take back your power that comes with your sexuality and goes beyond the stereotypes that belittle you. You are better than that. You are power. You are grace. Your seed is the Eve that gave all human's life. Therefore, rise up to your special calling as the anchor of nations. This poem is dedicated to inspiring the up and coming Black women to believe in yourself and therefore, guard the treasures you have which are more valuable than rubies. There will be a time to share them and when you do within the right context your treasures will blossom into something to value for the rest of your life. I salute the strong Black women!
