A woman is brutally murdered in a local park, in what appears to be a random act of violence. When another murder occurs in much the same fashion, a pattern begins to develop. The murders are gruesome in nature and all too similar; death comes in the form of a swift, razor-sharp slashing to the neck.The killer has successfully eluded police and the case is now in the hands of Detectives Jenny Geisner and Martha Ramos of the 42nd district.
