A Dime On A Dollar

My book is titled "A Dime on a Dollar," it is my memoirs and confessions.It details how I saved a dime on every dollar earned to be able to invest and retire at the age of 45 and start a new and exciting life.The book starts at my birth and gives details of my wonderful early years and my mother's advice. It tells of my grammar and high school years and activities, many of which were of great importance. Then college and mistakes. Time in the Army and finally beginning of my real life.It tells the mechanics of saving and investing and retiring young. The beginning of doing many of the things I had always wanted to do.Writing of my many successes I realized that my divorce after 34 years of marriage had been the worst part of my life. I decided if my book were to be of value to its readers, I must tell the whole story, the good and the bad and how I brought all of it about. In the final Chapters I define "karma" and talk about its importance and the reality of the word. I further talk about the Unitarian Universalist Church and the value I have found in its teachings.Glenn Maury Earl - Retired Architect
