It could be conducted as a solo journey by a lone individual seeking a deeper look into themselves as an educational stakeholder. It can be pursued by a small cohort of like minded connected individuals seeking to press on to higher ground in their educational environment. It could be the focused journey of an educational workshop or seminar. It could even be the journey an institution of learning takes together during an in-service day. The shape and form of the journey varies greatly, but the desired end remains the same; the discovery of passion once again.
