The Azhimukham Temple : A Historical Fiction Novel

The interesting episodes in this short novel are taking place in and around an ancient temple in village Azhimukham. The people, their pains and passions, sentiments are all captured in a realistic and lively manner. In order to understand and appreciate the historical importance of this novel one should know the northern part of the present Kerala in India. It was known as North Malabar during the British rule. The Malabar areas belonged to rival Kings. Muslim rulers of neighbouring kingdom also involved in attacks and counter attacks. Many temples were destroyed. The ones that survived have many a tale to tell. The life of people associated with it are eternal.
