Psychology Versus Biblical Counseling : Does The Church Need Psychology?

Psychologists, psychiatrists, mental health professionals, and other men who are against the Scriptures have always derided that mental diseases are beyond the jurisdiction of biblical counselors such as pastors, preachers, or faithful Christians. They allege the latter have no technical skills, qualifications, and authority to deal with mental diseases. Psychologists, however, do admit biblical counselors can deal with problems of living but not mental diseases. And lots of other reasoning that can be found in this paper allegedly demonstrating that biblical counseling is outside the bounds of problems of living.
