Once he accepts the news, he insists that he was murdered by a nurse he met in the emergency room of a local hospital. He asks her help in finding the woman who killed him. She takes Henry to the Meadow and agrees to look into his death, although she has no idea how she can do this. On another visit to the meadow, Henry introduces her to Kevin, who claims the same woman who killed Henry, also killed him. Lillie begins a journey into the world of murder and law enforcement. And the task of convincing Daniel Simmons, a by the book Sacramento Homicide Detective, that Henry's and Kevin's deaths were not accidental Heroin overdoses, as the Coroner concluded, but murder. Could this be the work of a serial killer?
