Finding Grace in the Names of the Spirit

This book will introduce the reader to twelve of the many names from the Holy Spirit and how these characteristics will change lives. The Spirit of God and His work directly impact the grace of God. Without the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, there is no salvation. John 6:53 (NIV) records, "The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing." And John 3:5 (KJV) tells us, "Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. We cannot experience the grace of God without the work of His Spirit. It is the Spirit that, through grace, gives us gifts that allow us to function as a church. 1 Corinthians 12:4 (NIV), "There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them." Finally, we cannot worship God without the Spirit living in us. John 4:23 (KJV) "But the hour has come, and now is, when the true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeks such to worship him."
