Spinning Around The World

When Era informed me that she was writing a book about her trips around the world, I was very pleased, because I knew that this idea was maturing in her for years, and it was now time for the book to see the light. To the future readers of this book, I would like to say that the need to write always accompanied Era in her travels, who shares with her humor and generosity her photos, joys and social insocial networks. Like all the great travelers, she studies and prepares her travels with excitement not with compass and astrolabe, like ancient seamen, but with a rich library of books that refer to selected destinations. Yet even more, Era is not only satisfied with gathering information about each countrie, its customs and peoples. She likes to penetrate into the arts and culture, studying the writers of each country. We are surprised when we see her admiring a landscape, reciting a poem of a child of the country. Era is the heart and the logic. I met her in 2008 in Croatia and she already could not resist the calling of Ulysses' sirens. Since 2008, and in faithful continuity of the Greek seafarers, she has crossed the world and I from Morocco watched the tour through social media. This book coincides with ten years of friendship that does not fade away. To Era, a girlfriend and sister ... all my wishes for success in the book that I am sure will be consulted by future globe trotters.
