A weapon that wipes the mind. Laws have been broken and remade. The government has established rules to prevent unrest and dissention. Every child on their tenth birthday is put through the Evaluation. Designed to detect hidden traits for rebellion, this test separates the compliant from the disorderly. The kids who test positive for rebellious qualities are sent to an unknown facility for rehabilitation. This is where they lose their identities. Their memories and emotions are taken from them with the weapon known as the Cerebrum Motus. Developed to target parts of the limbic system in the brain, it severs neuronal connections to erase memories and the ability to process emotions. Alessia and Isaak do their best to stay out of the spotlight. They remain hidden and compliant, careful to keep their secret.
