To Those Who Find Themselves Lost

This is a book of poetry that describes the painful process of healing from generational trauma. These poems are divided into three sections; the bending, the breaking and the healing. Each of these sections describe a particular period in the authors life thus far. The bending describes childhood trauma, the breaking describes the spilling over of childhood trauma into the author's adult life which eventually leads to the need for healing. This book is a very personal journey.
