This is book is about loss. Loss is something everyone has experienced or will experience. Whether you lose a loved one or a job, all losses lead to some form of grieving. There is no right or wrong way to navigate the journey of grief because we are all unique individuals made in the image of God. Within the grieving process, we have been programmed to think a return to normalcy is expected. This books asks the question, "How can you continue to live as if nothing happened when a part of you is missing?" The reality is, you cannot. "Finding Your New Normal" is about authentically finding a new way of doing things. You have to find your new normal. As I share my journey of growing from grief to grace I hope to gently guide you along your journey to do the same.
