The book talks about the things that we all share as humans, the very things that at times bring us the deepest of pain and somehow also make life worth living at the same time... It is not a roadmap to happiness but simply thoughts and musings of someone who shares, quite vulnerably, what's happening in her heart with the hope to heal her wounds and to make sense of the world and her own life... and perhaps to remind herself and others that we aren't alone in our suffering.
