Prayer of the Heart of Jesus (Jesu-Maum Prayer) is a spiritual Journey to meet God through one of two simple prayers, which the Apostles offered to Jesus, "My Lo1rd and my God!" (Jn. 20: 28) and "Jesus, I love you" (Jn. 21: 15). If we say one of these short and simple prayers constantly, our minds can always turn to God.Even if we have read and memorized the whole Bible, fully understand the Old and New Testaments, are able to interpret the Bible texts, it is all of no use to us if our souls cannot meet with Jesus directly and cannot experience the presence of Jesus, the comfort of Jesus and the salvation of Jesus.Jesu-Maum Prayer which we will see through this book is the record about the whole process of Six Journeys (Prayer, Healing, Conversion, Dedication, Discernment, and Union with God) in the forty-day retreat. All the Spiritual Journeys through Jesu-Maum Prayer are based on the Gospels. In each journey of this book, I have written the chapters based on my deep personal experiences of the presence of God and the experiences of those who have met God deeply through the forty-day retreat.
