'Entrepreneur Thinking' focuses on building entrepreneur skills and using these skills to provide benefits for employees. We are developing entrepreneurs for the benefit of employees and their employers. These entrepreneurs within organisations are called 'Intrapreneurs'. So, rather than following traditional approaches that ask who is an entrepreneur, we are identifying entrepreneur skills and processes and using this knowledge to enhance the skills of our people and the organisation's internal processes. The content has been developed using a four-pronged multi-disciplinary approach (Criminology & Psychology, Economics, Business Leadership & management in theory, and, 'What CEO's Want' in practice) - for two main purposes: 1.To develop people, intrapreneurs, entrepreneurs and an entrepreneur culture, in new and mature businesses. 2.To assist the leadership and management and leverage of hidden assets that provides exponential growth and competitive advantage.'Entrepreneur Thinking is built on the ethos that everyone has the potential to apply their entrepreneur thinking toward a greater goal that may seem untenable as an individual employee but may be more easily realised as part of an organisational team. People have ideas, organisations are looking for growth and can invest in new ideas, technologies and the necessary infrastructure to support the idea, its development and success (or failure). There is no risk to the employee. The benefits include a culture of entrepreneurship that stimulates creativity, increases the value of individuals, our teams and safeguards employment for the organisation that stimulates local economic activity aswell.People may never raise the investment required to realise an entrepreneurial dream however, with entrepreneur cultures the organisation may help relevant industry ideas to flourish but above all employees will have an opportunity to piece together how entrepreneurs develop and drive businesses to become successful economic powerhouses.
