Young spy Julio Antonio del Marmol, still piecing together the pieces of the plot to assassinate the President of the United States, finds himself in a jeep with Che Guevara during the Bay of Pigs invasion. He has already met Che's illegitimate daughter, and discovers that it was Che's right hand man who killed her adoptive daughter. Letting her know this, she kills the man, causing Che to have suspicions about Julio Antonio. When questioned about his whereabouts and reluctant to answer because he was protecting a female friend's virtue, he finally has an explosive break with the Argentinian Commander.
