This book contains devotions intertwined with poetry, praise, short stories, and scripture. I believe all can be used for teaching and praising God. My goal is to touch the reader's heart and mind. This is my first book to be published with a second nearly done. There are basically four main themes included in these writings: 1 - Our covenant relationship with God, both personal and national. 2 - Reminding readers that we are blessed to be a blessing to one another. 3 - You will find many stories of Easter, Calvary and being reborn. 4 - I believe God has a pathway for each of us to follow. This pathway, laid out before we were born, is God's direction for our lives should we choose it. May you find hope, peace, growth and blessing as you read and possibly journal your thoughts. The author, Jerry Kluver, was born in rural Minnesota where you still can find some Minnesota nice. He grew up on a family farm along with five siblings and his parents. Presently Jerry is a retired construction worker. He started writing small stories and poems when he was a young man, and has continued through the age of seventy. After much encouragement from those reading his work, he decided to have some of his stories and poems published. His wife of nearly fifty years gets the credit for providing correct spelling and grammar for his work. My prayer is that my words might touch you and inspire you to be all you can be for Christ. Having no formal training, Jerry believes his words are gifts from God and God should be given the glory for them.
