Salvation is the greatest gift God gives to the sinner. The Baptism in the Holy Ghost is the greatest gift God gives to the believer. I first heard those words in 1986 from a well-known evangelist who was preaching on this most important subject on TV one morning that began a quest for more of God in my heart. As a young child I had heard those on my mom's side of the family speak in tongues many times and it scared me to death due to what I had been taught about them growing up in a Baptist church. In the stormy February night in 1987 in my aunt's kitchen in Atlanta, Georgia all of that changed. The Lord gloriously filled me with the Spirit for the first time and baptized me in the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking with other tongues as He gave me the utterance! This book is written from my heart to let people know tongues are real, they are for today and the same Holy Spirit who baptizes us into Christ at salvation, is the same Holy Spirt Jesus baptizes us with after we get saved.
