Leadership Basics: Tools For Leadership Success

In this book, I am looking to dig into this concept of leadership. What are leadership styles? What do people mean when they say, "what is your leadership style?" Another common question that comes up in business is what is the difference between leadership and management. Can you be a good manager, but not a good leader, and vice-versa? I've tried to pepper the book with facts and historical examples, as well as some anecdotes from my own experience. In my 25 years of leadership and management experience, I have seen great leadership, poor leadership, and sadly more and more often, an absence of leadership. My hope is by sharing these experiences, we can continue to grow learn and build a new generation of strong, innovative leaders.
