Recreating Your World

Understanding is crucial to recreating your world. It is the opening of one's spiritual eyes to reality; it is the enlightenment of the soul. The Ethiopian eunuch was spiritually blind. His soul could not access spiritual realities, but when Philip by the Holy Ghost helped his understanding, everything in him opened up to receive the gospel and submit to its demands; and by understanding, he entered a new world of light that Jesus brought to humanity. Until you understand your world, you cannot take charge of it; neither can you change it to become the beauty you desire. God has given you and me the world to make the best of it as our temporal home, until He comes to change our abode forever. "The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD'S: but the earth hath he given to the children of men. (KJV: Psalm 115: 16).
