Securing employment needs two important things , and these are capacity and efforts, and if these two things are not met, the issue employment starts to be a tragedy to most of us searching for it either self -employment or official employment. In Tanzania today, as other nations in the world among the cross cutting issue is the youth unemployment which have made the key youth stakeholders to establish numerous initiatives and projects but the outputs do not coincide with the inputs. This book comes to evaluate critically the situation of youth in Tanzania in their employment arena, especially the educated youth towards improving their livelihoods by giving the whole picture of various struggles on the issue, achievements, failures and a way forward towards improving educated Tanzanian youth livelihoods through creative and innovative initiatives.
