My Perfect God, is a book of poetry which is essentially spiritual in nature and is comprised of a collection of poems originating and first published in 1987, with additions in 1996, and 1999. The poems reflect the grandness, greatness and sovereignty of God, and the essence of the meaningful relationship between the author and God as she has experienced God. A few of the elements of nature, such as the sun and the wind, and more, speak out in this book as intelligent living entities in their effort to communicate with the reader their thoughtful and discerning understanding of God and how they perceive their origins, all of which are contributory influences of their deeply connected relationship with God and the manners by which they operate in the world. Life conditions are expressed in poetic form, as are interactions between friends. In addition, several poems speak to connections with family members and the lingering, ever-present memories of days past that those recollections bring to the surface. Personal reflections are also contained in this book of contemplative, elemental, spiritual, reverent, and pleasantly recorded poetry. Available on Amazon and Kindle.
