This book is based on author's research of behaviour of self made billionaires before and after they made billions as well as on meta synthesis of scientific research in such varied fields as anthropology, biology, entomology, neuroscience, physics, psychology and statistics. The claim of the book is bold: it states that future self made billionaires undergo a significant epigenetic mutation as a perquisite for making their billions. This mutation is caused by their own actions. Actions change the environment in which future billionaires operate. The environmental change causes epigenetic adaptation of brains of the future billionaires. This adaptation leads to the new way of how future and present billionaires use their time and mental power. It results in significant upgrades of their cognitive abilities. The book explores specific actions which trigger the environmental change and the subsequent adaptive mutation. It also provides an overview of scientific theories which underpin this hypothesis. The author of the book utilises for this research and meta synthesis his vast experience in executive search. He also conducted structured competency based video interviews with hundreds successful business executives and entrepreneurs including several billionaires. The interviews helped him to spot the first traces of the 'billionaire mutation' how we can call the profound change in the expression of genes in the billionaire brain. The book contains evidence that the 'billionaire mutation' theory, most probably, should apply to outstanding achievers in general in spite of rather narrow focus of the supporting research at billionaires. There are also some indications that people who had gone through the 'billionaire mutation' are now connecting with each other and forming something similar to a computer network or cluster to maximise their collective performance. People don't need billions to join this cluster. They need to take actions which change their environment and thus trigger the adaptive epigenetic change in the way outlined in this book. Last, but not the least, this book is written in a way that allows the reader to follow the path of discovery together with the author. It is easy to read in spite of hard subjects discussed in it.
