My first experience of reading poetry was when I was given a daily devotional. I remember being so moved by the poem that I was compelled to pray. My prayer that day was Lord you give me this gift, you use me in a way where by people are moved by what you say through me. This book is not just a collection of poetry I believe God wants to use these poems to encourage you, to lift you up and to speak to you. We all have a desire, hunger and passion to want to hear God speak, it is my heartfelt prayer that he would use these poems to do just that.
