When Moses saw the injustice against the people of Israel, he became angry, impatient, he acted prematurely without authority from Pharaoh or commission from God and took wrong action. He became a self-appointed leader without divine instruction and as a result, his own people, his congregation misunderstood him. He was gifted but he was in a hurry to start ministry, he ran ahead of God's time, experienced shattered hope, isolation and delayed ministry. Ministers called of God must be patient, listen to God, commissioned and trained.
