This is the true of a young Irish Boy, John Boyle that went to sea even before reaching his teenage years in the early part of the nineteen hundreds. In this story he meets his soul friend Hans Saalwachter, a native of Germany, and also his soul mate, Lauren Hobbs and falls madly in love with her. Life was difficult enough at sea for John who became a fireman on Ocean Liners but then the first world broke out and the ships on which he found work were all targets for the infamous German Submarines called U-boats. Laurentic was a transatlantic ocean lines of White Star Line the same as Titanic and was one of the ships that John Boyle secured employment. This is his unique story with all the tribulations of a world at war.
