Eve Merino, an American finds herself involved with WWII history and interesting passengers including the mysterious man with the scar over his eye. What is his secret? This is not her first trip on the Coastal Steamer. Eight years after WWII, Eve and her mother made the trip to find some information about her brother's bomber that went down in the North Sea in 1944. Memories and stories of the war years are not what Eve wanted to hear on her vacation, but she soon gets caught up in an interesting affair with one of the passengers that leads to an incredible ending.
