Autism Friendly Training: First Responders

To become "Autism Friendly" requires learning to identify the factors in our environment and the social issues that affect people living with autism. Becoming "Autism Friendly" allows us to modify our environment, our social behaviors, and our communication to meet each person's individual needs. As autism is the fastest growing developmental disability in the world today, it is imperative for our local heroes to understand the unique needs and challenges of those individuals.
