Trails Of Promise

Fleeing Southerners, freed slaves, Mexicans, Indians, outlaws, immigrant settlers, and descendants of pirates are some of the people woven into the colorful tapestry that was Texas following the U S Civil War. Jeremiah, a Georgia boy, is running for his life after losing his parents. Kathleen, a Texas ranch wife, is waiting - her husband fails to return from a day trip to town.
