But then the country elects Medal of Honor war hero Arnold Clayton as President of the United States. When you first meet Clayton, you think he is your long-lost brother. In his first days in office, Clayton convenes top representatives of his crime-fighting agencies, along with his best friend, retired U.S. Army Special Forces Col. Jacob Stone.
