The Making of a Dynasty' is a saga about a family from the 1960's. When the head of the family, Ralph Marshall, dies in strange circumstances, the rest of the family have to rally round and keep his successful business going. However, Ralph's trusted deputy, Bob Turner, wasn't what he seemed, so conflicts soon occurred regularly. They were made worse by the daughter, Faye, falling in love with him and eventually marrying him.
