Teaching Your Children Meditation

Sally Harper is a former elementary school teacher who had studied and taught meditation classes to children and adults for many years. Sally was teaching such a class for her local church when a parent, visiting from another state, attended her class on meditating with children. He became excited about using those techniques in meditation with children in his own community. He asked if she would write something up for him to use in classes back home. That was the beginning of Teaching Your Children Meditation. The more Sally wrote to explain the process, the more inspired she became to share all the aspects of the meditation process as it can be taught to children. Now she shares it with all of us in a time when the world seems to need a vehicle for peace for us all, including our children. It is Sally's hope that she can help others contribute to peace, which first begins within each of us.
