Everyone has heard of Augustine of Hippo, the greatest of the Church Fathers of the Western Christian world; but not so many are acquainted with his writings. This volume presents a simple and straight-forward translation in contemporary English of parts of Augustine’s famous series of sermons on St. John’s Gospel.
