Agent Starla Brown: The Agency Series

Hurry up put it all in the pillow case, the man gruffly told Danny Smith, the owner of the business.Starla glanced along the wall and saw Danny's pre-teen daughter cowering in a corner of the store room. Starla put her finger to her mouth in a silent indication to be quiet. The girl nodded as Lane helped her out of the back door."Go sit in our car," Lane whispered to the girl and she ran for the police patrol car.Starla stepped into the show room while Danny stuffed money from the safe in, what appeared to be, a pillow case. Lane was right behind Starla. Both of them quietly walked down two aisles with their weapons trained on the suspect. Starla was just to the left of the center aisle, and Lane walked directly toward the suspect, one aisle to Starla's right."Man, if the cops show up-" The suspect gruffly told Danny."What happens?" Lane growled at the man from behind. "What happens when the cops show up?"The man turned to see Starla pointing her weapon at his head."I'm putting my gun down," Then he dropped his gun to the floor and Starla kicked it away."Get on your knees!" Lane commanded the man. The man did as he said. "I got him, you want to cuff?"Starla holstered her weapon, and pulled her cuffs out as she stepped behind the man. As soon as she had her hands on him, he began to fight. She had him on the floor an instant later."You want to fight with me?" Starla pulled his arm further behind him.The man winced, "No, no, ma'am, I won't fight with you anymore.""Give me your other hand!" Starla barked, to which the man immediately brought his other hand behind him. She patted him down and removed all his belongings from his pockets, and placing the contents on the floor by his head. "He doesn't have any more weapons."Lane got on the radio to tell everyone the scene was secure, and the suspect was in custody, and requested officers meet the victims at the rear of the business near their patrol car.This is the beginning of the Agency Series, hopefully I can continue to write more stories along this line and develop the characters into a continued long lasting adventure of wonderful stories of the Agency.
